“More people die of Pulmonary Fibrosis than leukaemia or ovarian cancer – so why is PF so little known? Let’s work together to raise awareness of this devastating disease.” Steve Jones, EU-PFF President

Despite Pulmonary Fibrosis being such a serious disease affecting 400,000 people and claiming 100,000 lives each year in Europe alone, it is little known to the public.

To raise awareness and thereby bring about real change for PF patients, a collaborative effort is needed: Let’s work together to improve and shape PF treatment and care in the best interest of patients. Let’s drive change together.

How can you support our cause?
We need your active help and participation in raising awareness of PF to shape healthcare policy, treatment, care and research in favour of Pulmonary Fibrosis patients in Europe and beyond.

There are 3 ways to get involved!

EU-PFF recognises that to conduct its ambitious programme and accomplish the missions set out in its statutes, it must enter into partnerships with a variety of external stakeholders, including commercial companies (whether healthcare-focused or not).

Establishing these partnerships must be based on a set of clear rules and principles that ensure that the relationship is mutually beneficial, while protecting EU-PFF’s independence and freedom to conduct activities it deems essential to the realisation of its objectives.
